Nice place with great wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour security. The staff once helped me find my lost bracelet, which I appreciate. I highly recommend it and can't wait to come back next year!

Everyone was helpful and exceptionally nice as well as host. I had a double room and it was tidy with a fridge. The location turned out to be good, really close to America's most pristine National Parks, and the centre of Kanab.

Location just next door to store and restaurants, state parks, and the arena. Helpful and exceptionally nice staff and attention to detail. The room was tidy, and we were provided with a fridge and refrigerator or microwave, for instance.

This hotel is a decent option for a short stay. The room was clean and had a nice updated bathroom, but it felt a bit cramped. Breakfast was limited in options and served late, which was inconvenient for early travelers. I would consider staying here again.

People at fron desk were friendly
Room was very warm due to lack of appropriate window coverings. Beds were uncomfortable (matresses had no firmness to it).

Don't be fooled by the name,,, this is no luxury hotel or suite.. I got tricked by the name and the photos...this is just an old,, old motel with a new paint job. The halls and rooms smelled awful,,the beds and mattresses are at least 40 something years old,, there is no pool and the whole garden is just paved with cement (a giant parking lot)..there is nothing about the rooms to resemble a suite no fridge and the iron and ironing board are borrowed from the laundry room..there wasn't enough breakfast for the guests and when we asked for something it was met with a grunt and annoyance..the other guests that I spoke to the next morning were also very sad with their decision to stay there...because of the name and the price I thought I would be staying in 3 or 4 star hotel..i needed 2 double rooms it was over priced even at paying $85 for each double room .. I don't usually write reviews but this time I am driven to so others will not be tricked out of there hard earned money like I was

The price was acceptable given the time of the year and seasonal rates and the exterior of the motel looked fairly clean, although some of the doors needed to be repainted or replaced.
We were very disappointed with the overall quality of the facility. While the outside of the facility looked okay and new carpet had been installed in the room where my 86 year old mother and I stayed, the bathroom was substandard for the price. The bed was also very uncomfortable. It appeared to be too small for the bed frame or it needed bed slats. If Royal Inn and Suites wants to continue to have this motel in their family of facilities, major upgrades should be addressed. It reminded us of a facility where hikers might stay.

Nothing
Door keys did not open with the card key given, had to go back two different times to try to get it working. The room was excessively small, the air conditioner woke me up every time it turned on it was so loud. We would not recommend or stay at this hotel again.

We got what we paid for. The room was recently renovated. All the basics were there and in good shape. However, no clock, no tissue paper. Tv was an old analog unit in good condition.
Thin walls, window very dirty on outside

Amazing last-minute save!
We were stuck after our other reservation fell through, but the owner at this place saved us. She literally locked the last room for us! Super clean rooms and great service. A bit noisy outside in the morning, though. We also loved grabbing snacks from the little store.
